Product Availability

Orders received before 3pm EST are typically shipped out that same day. Due to popular demand, we occasionally run out of stock. Should this occur, an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account or in the event you did not create an account, notification will be sent by mail or phone associated with your account order within one to two business days. If an email address is on file, you will receive an email notification with the corresponding tracking number once your order has shipped. Cancellation & Modification

As we know that your time is valuable, we strive for the most efficient delivery times possible. Once an order has been sent to our warehouses, we cannot stop or modify it, but we would be glad to do so if we are contacted in time to make the required modifications.

Return Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality shopping experience and superior grade products. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date. All refunds must be pre-approved through the Return Merchandise Authorization Process. All returns must be returned in the original container and in the exact condition in which they were received. Our customer support team will provide you with precise return instructions during the Return Merchandise Authorization Process. Most refunds are typically processed within five to seven business days after receipt of the item at our facility. Upon receipt of the item, our team will inspect and file the proper report into our system to complete the Return Merchandise Authorization at which time the funds are issued in the form of a refund to the same payment method that was used during the purchase. In the event that a refund cannot be issued to the original purchase method, our team will contact you directly to arrange the refund in whatever manner suitable.

Energy Saving Solutions adheres to the US tax law and regulations. Tax is charged on orders shipped to the state of Georgia as required by law. Order Limitations & Limited Quantities

Energy Saving Solutions reserves the right, at its own discretion, to limit or cancel any order or part of an order as deemed necessary by company policy. It is rare for an order to be cancelled internally, however in the event an order or part of an order is cancelled we will attempt to contact and inform you at any or all of the contact methods provided on the corresponding account. This typically occurred due to reports of fraudulent activity connected to the payment method provided during purchase or connected to the shipping address provided. Regardless if the attempts to contact and give notification are successful, the purchase will be refunded in full at the time of cancellation.
